Method

Immediate payment is required upon selecting "Buy It Now" or upon checking out through the cart. We only accept payment via PayPal.

Sales Tax

We are legally required to collect sales tax in the state of Missouri. The applicable amount of sales tax charged to an order will be calculated based on the shipment destination's state and Missouri sales tax laws.

FREE Ground / Standard Shipping

Red's Gear has made thousands of products available for free shipping every day. Free Ground Shipping has a transit time of 2 - 5 business days. Free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Protectorates.

Handling Time

This item is in stock and we typically ship within 1-2 business days of payment. We will send you a confirmation email when your order ships as well as tracking information to your PayPal email address.

Expedited Shipping

1-Day and 2-Day expedited shipments are available. Additional charges for expedited shipping are displayed in the listing under the "Shipping & Payments" tab. Selecting 1 or 2-day shipping Day does not guarantee your order will arrive in one or two days.

P.O. Boxes, APO / FPO, & US Protectorates

We ship to APO, FPO and P.O Boxes. Expedited shipping is not available to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to over 60 countries. All international orders are shipped via eBay's Global Shipping Program. 

International Transit Time

International orders typically arrive within two weeks from the paid date.

International Combined Shipping

Due to eBay restrictions, combined shipping is NOT available for international orders.

International Tracking

End-to-end tracking is available through the global tracking number used for the international shipping leg. This tracking number is available from the Order Details page in your account, and you may track your order from here. Please note that eBay's Global Shipping Program uses a variety of carriers. It is not possible for us to specify a carrier when placing your order or if you ask us how your order was shipped.

International Shipping and Import Charges

The international shipping charge you see is derived from a number of factors, including your location, shipping weight, and package dimensions. Import charges are derived from real-time proprietary estimates of applicable import charges by the third party global shipping and technology provider and include applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and other fees. We offer a 30-day return policy.

Return Merchandise Authorization
ALL returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days.  If you are returning product(s) for any reason, please notify us of your return.
Shipping Carrier Damages
We will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method. Please note, in case of shipping damage, an insurance claim has to be finalized by the carrier before we are able to issue compensation or product replacement. Please keep the damaged item in case the carrier would like to examine it. 
Concealed Product Damages
We will be glad to offer a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method for all damaged products. 
Mis-shipments/Wrong Item Received
If you have received an incorrect item or you have not received your item at all please notify us of such issues. If we shipped an incorrect item, we will pay the shipping cost for a return. 
Defective Items
Defective products are covered by manufacturer warranty. In the case that the manufacturer is unable to provide resolution, Reds Gear will replace the defective item. Reds Gear will also pay for the return shipment of these items.  
Standard Returns (no longer want/need item)
All standard returns must be in new condition with all of the original packaging/manuals. Upon receipt of such returns our warehouse will inspect the condition of the items before refunding.  All items returned for this reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
